Key Responsibilities: Maximise Sales: Drive in-store revenue by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies Meet Targets: Achieve budget targets and work to grow sales and store footfall. Stock Management: Control stock levels, minimise wastage, and handle store finances. Customer Engagement: Deliver excellent service, provide recommendations, and act as our Brand Ambassador. Maintain Standards: Ensure a clean, welcoming store environment and manage point-of-sale processes. Adaptable Support: Provide cover for other store locations when needed.
