The Role
* Managing complex private client matters including estates, trusts and tax planning
* Advising high net worth individuals and families
* Handling high-value and complex estate administration
* Building and developing your own client base and referrer network
* Working closely with senior colleagues on strategic growth plans
* Playing a key role in developing the private client offering
* Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
* Driving business development and profile-raising activity
The Candidate
* Strong experience in private wealth, estates and trusts
* Confident advising on tax and succession planning
* Commercial mindset with enthusiasm for business development
* Strong client relationship and communication skills
* Able to work autonomously and at a senior level
* Experience with high-value or complex estates preferred
