It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a Deputy Manager to join our growing Belfast Victoria Square team.
The Store:
As our Belfast Victoria Square Deputy Manager, you will lead and inspire a large team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed, while also being dedicated to curating a unique and stylish store for fashion-forward individuals. Our store is a destination for trendsetters seeking the latest fashion must-haves.
The Role:
You will lead your team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in delivering a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and style through fashion. You will create and lead a team that supports one another and delivers results… whilst having fun along the way!
You will be fully accountable for your store's performance, working alongside your Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities impacting KPI’s, customer service, team development, and overall sales – playing to win!
About you:
* Previous large store management experience
* Effective team leadership and management skills
* Strong affinity for the New Look brand
* Proven track record of exceeding KPI’s and objectives
* Commercial acumen
* Good understanding of P&L and compliance reporting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
