Job Details:
Position: Procurement Manager (12-month maternity contract)
Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
Salary: Annual salary + bonus and benefits
We’re looking for an experienced procurement professional eager to make an impact. At Haven, you will drive sourcing and procurement activities across non-category-managed areas, working closely with teams to deliver value, reduce compliance risks, and enhance guest and team experiences. Your work will support our EBITDA goals while prioritizing safety, service, and innovation.
You will also help implement and manage key supplier contracts with a focus on continuous improvement. If you're excited to shape the future of holidays in the UK, we’d love to hear from you. Please note, this is a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Your Opportunity:
* Build and nurture relationships with key suppliers, working closely with the Head of Procurement.
* Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce costs, and improve value for guests and teams.
* Contribute to shaping our procurement strategy as a valued team member.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to review spend and contracts, focusing on brand and guest experience.
* Lead sourcing, negotiations, and management of supplier partnerships to deliver value and support savings and efficiency goals.
