We are currently seeking a confident and experienced Behaviour Manager to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Lewisham on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the school's behaviour management strategies across the secondary setting.
* Work closely with students to promote positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
* Support staff in implementing behaviour policies and interventions.
* Manage behaviour incidents effectively and maintain accurate records.
* Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to support student wellbeing and progress.
* Provide targeted support to students who require additional behavioural guidance.
Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Behaviour Manager, Behaviour Mentor, or in a similar role within a school setting.
* Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies in secondary education.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm, confident, and proactive when managing challenging situations.
* A degree is preferred, though candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
