About the Role
We are looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join our multi‑disciplinary engineering consultancy. The role involves ground investigation design, slope stability reports, phases 1 and 2 report writing, validation reports, risk assessment reports, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
* Design ground investigation works
* Produce slope stability, phases 1 and 2, validation and risk assessment reports
* Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with senior/internal consultants across environmental, sustainability, civil and structural disciplines
Qualifications
* Degree in Geology or Geotechnical Engineering
* Experience in geotechnical report writing
* Leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Live within commutable distance of Reading office
