Overview
Speech and Language Therapist – TieTalent at Underley Gardens School, Kirkby Lonsdale, Lancashire LA6 2DZ. 24 hours per week (3 days), 8:30am–4:30pm. Permanent position (term time only, or flexibility around a full-time contract can be discussed based on personal circumstances).
Responsibilities
* Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils within an education setting.
* Work collaboratively with the education team and follow the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working to guide practice, responsibilities, and standards.
* Support pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent, or have SEMH needs.
* Contribute to developing an enhanced SLT offer by supporting growth of apprentices, students and therapy assistants.

Salary and Contract Details
Salary up to £53,200 pro rata (dependent on experience). Basic grade SALT offers from £33,000+; Specialist from £39,500+; Highly Specialist from £48,000+.
* Contract: Permanent, term time only (flexibility around full-time can be discussed).
* Hours: 24 hours per week, 3 days per week, 8:30am–4:30pm.
