Trintech is a multi-award-winning cloud-based Fintech provider seeking a proactive and dynamic Application Support Consultant to join our EMEA team. This entry-level role involves working directly with Accounting and IT professionals across multiple countries that utilize Trintech solutions. The role is customer-facing, providing first-tier application support via phone, web, or email, ensuring solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues
* Collaborate with team resources to efficiently resolve issues and escalate complex problems to SMEs, SaaS team, and technical experts as needed
* Provide support for at least one Trintech application
* Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with business objectives
WHO YOU ARE
* 0-2 years of customer service experience in a SaaS environment preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional deductive reasoning and analytical skills
* Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge and familiarity with GenAI Prompt Engineering
* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM ticketing systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
