This role is responsible for leading the Fleet Sales function across all HTC sites, with a primary base at Heathrow. The position focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to acquire new fleet clients while also managing and expanding existing accounts. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proven track record of meeting sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the Fleet Sales Department, ensuring performance is aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
* Lead, motivate, and manage the Fleet Sales Team with clearly defined KPIs and performance expectations.
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at growing fleet sales and achieving set targets.
* Recruit, train, and develop new team members to support the department’s growth.
* Elevate the team’s skills and product knowledge by promoting participation in Manufacturer training programs and coordinating on-site training sessions as needed.
* Build and strengthen relationships with key existing clients, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
* Implement regular client review meetings to maintain strong account engagement.
* Ensure contracts are accurately executed and delivered on schedule.
* Negotiate pricing and terms to optimise profitability while maintaining client value.
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitor movements to support informed decision-making
