Junior Electrical Contract Manager
We’re partnering with a leading electrical and building services contractor who deliver high-value M&E projects across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. The company has developed a strong reputation by combining in-house design, installation, and project management expertise to deliver complex electrical systems across the UK and Ireland.
As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking to appoint a Junior Electrical Contract Manager to support delivery on their upcoming flagship project, a hospital development worth over £500M and one of Northern Ireland’s most prestigious healthcare projects. This offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract management, working alongside the Contract Manager to gain exposure to all aspects of electrical project delivery.
Key Responsibilities – Junior Contract Manager
* Support the Contracts Manager in administering and managing electrical contracts
* Liaise with design teams, operations, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and contract compliance
* Monitor and report on contract performance and progress
* Act as a point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on contractual matters
* Visit site periodically to monitor implementation, check works, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with on-site staff
* Maintain documentation, contract files, correspondence, and updates to systems or records
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical building services, construction or contracts. Candidates should be comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and communicating clearly with clients and senior management. Exposure to site is a bonus, as the position includes occasional visits to support coordination between office and site teams.
Package:
* Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
