Join us, and let’s shape the future together. ________________________________________ The role in 60 seconds Role: Paralegal Team: Property Litigation Location: Hybrid working from Bristol or Exeter Working Pattern: Full-time Why this role matters: If you’re keen to work with a highly collaborative team and to gain invaluable exposure to a range of exciting clients, this could be the ideal opening for you ________________________________________ What you’ll do In this role, you’ll: Be assisting in a wide range of property litigation matters concerning development land (including telecoms) and property contracts as well as landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants Work as part of a friendly and supportive team who will train and help to develop your skills Engage in pre-action correspondence with third parties Take instructions from clients and regularly keep them updated You will also be responsible for supporting senior fee earners on their own cases, helping with discrete tasks or larger projects across the team ________________________________________ What we’re looking for We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings: 1 years experience as a paralegal.
