Job Title: Trainee Sales Negotiator Location: Sutton Coldfield (number of options in and arround Sutton Coldfied depending on which branch you live closest to) Basic: £22,000 OTE: £25,000 with a guaranteed commission in place Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A mutli-branch, highly reviewed Estate Agency is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join their team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in Sutton Coldfield or surrounding area. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the sales process by liaising with clients and buyers. Arrange and conduct property viewings. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients about available properties. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers. Generate and follow up on leads to maximise sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Key Skills and Attributes: A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good IT skills.
