Role Overview

We are delighted to be working on behalf of our client, who specialise in delivering five-star experiences within corporate and professional settings, to seek an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to provide the highest level of customer service and client care at a client office based in the City of London.

As Corporate Receptionist / Welcome Host you will deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience at our clients state of the art corporate offices. This role is key to creating positive first impressions by providing a warm, efficient, and consistent welcome to all visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders, while supporting the effective management of meeting rooms and reception services.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and staff
Liaise with meeting hosts to ensure visitor requirements are met and meetings run smoothly
Communicate arrivals promptly and keep visitors informed of any delays
Proactively manage and monitor meeting room bookings to maximise utilisation
Maintain accurate room status updates via the Resource Scheduler
Monitor reception and Front of House areas to ensure they remain tidy and presentable
Coordinate with Front of House teams, catering, cleaning, IT, and security to support meetings and events
Arrange taxis and private hire cars and support event management when required
Support colleagues and assist with coaching new starters
Maintain awareness of AV/IT facilities within meeting rooms

Security & Compliance
Ensure all visitors are met by their host and display a valid visitor badge
Follow all Health & Safety, security, and confidentiality procedures
Organised, proactive, and customer-focused

As the ideal candidate you will be a highly professional and reliable individual with proven experience in customer-facing or front-of-house roles. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience!
