The role

We are seeking a Level 1st/2nd Help Desk Technician to join our client in London. Ideal for someone with at least 3 years of IT support experience, this role offers a chance to grow in a professional, supportive environment. You’ll ensure clients receive prompt, expert support to keep their business secure and productive.

Skills required:

  • Active Directory
  • MS Exchange 2013
  • MS Exchange 2010
  • MS Office 2007/2010/2013/2016
  • MS Office 365
  • Windows Server 2008/2008R2/2012
  • Backup solutions and storage systems
  • LAN and WAN technologies including, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IP Addressing, VPN, switching, routing, wired and wireless access (a basic networking understanding)
