About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools throughout Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, whether you’re seeking short-term placements, long-term assignments, or day-to-day cover.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school curriculum plans
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
Adapt quickly to different school settings and age groups
Provide feedback to permanent staff on pupil progress and behaviour
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong classroom management skills
Flexibility and a positive attitude
Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
