We are currently working in partnership with a leading law firm based in the heart of Manchester, who are seeking a talented Commercial Property Paralegal to join their highly regarded Real Estate team. The Role:
You will be supporting a busy team of commercial property solicitors, handling a broad range of real estate matters. This role offers exposure to high-quality work and the chance to work closely with experienced fee earners across the full lifecycle of commercial property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties
* Drafting and reviewing leases, licences, contracts, and other legal documents
* Conducting title checks, searches, and due diligence
* Managing Land Registry applications and post-completion processes
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
* Supporting solicitors with larger transactions and caseloads
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files
About You:
* Previous experience as a Paralegal in a commercial property or real estate team is essential
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process in a commercial setting
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
* A law degree or equivalent legal qualification is desirable
* A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude
