Job Description Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the marketing strategy for iad UK, enhancing brand visibility, driving agent recruitment, and ensuring consistency and excellence across all marketing initiatives. As a senior member of the leadership team, you will shape the strategic direction of marketing, digital presence, event management, and communications. Key Responsibilities Brand Management: Act as the guardian of the iad UK brand, ensuring consistency, innovation, and market differentiation through all communications, digital content, promotional materials, and internal messaging. Events & Conferences: Strategically plan, oversee, and enhance the delivery of key annual events including the National Convention, Learning & Development Conferences, and network-wide activities to support recruitment, retention, and agent engagement. Resource Management: Lead and manage internal resources, external agencies, budgets, and vendor relationships effectively. Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders, network agents, and external partners to enhance iad UK’s market positioning, agent experience, and operational effectiveness. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Implement comprehensive marketing performance tracking, regularly reporting insights, metrics, and recommendations to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.
