Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Nominated Officers Team Researcher/Analyst to join our organisation in Sheffield, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis to support our nominated officers team in making informed decisions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
1. Conduct comprehensive research on various topics related to corporate governance and regulatory requirements
2. Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and tools
3. Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations
4. Collaborate with the nominated officers team to identify areas for improvement in organizational processes
5. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to keep the team informed of potential impacts
6. Develop and maintain databases to track and analyze key performance indicators
7. Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance reports
8. Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making processes
9. Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
10. Proven experience in research and analysis roles, preferably in a corporate or regulatory environment
11. Excellent data analysis skills and experience working with large datasets
12. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
13. Demonstrated ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
16. Understanding of corporate governance structures and regulatory compliance requirements
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
18. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
19. Familiarity with regulatory reporting and filing processes is a plus
