Soulbury 15 – 18 plus 3 SPA points. CSC are commissioned to provide a regional professional learning and support service for schools on behalf of Bridgend, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taf and the Vale of Glamorgan local authorities. Due to the current postholder securing a senior leadership post in a school, we are seeking a talented and experienced middle leader to join our Advisory Team.
Role details
Adviser: Curriculum, Teaching and Assessment. Permanent, full-time post to commence September 2026. Soulbury 15 – 18 plus 3 SPA points.
Responsibilities
* Provide regional professional learning and support for schools on behalf of the five local authorities.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of Curriculum for Wales.
* Work in partnership with schools, local authorities, and other stakeholders to raise standards and improve outcomes for learners.
Person specification / Qualifications
An outstanding primary educator with a strong track record of raising standards and improving outcomes for learners. Experience in the effective design and implementation of Curriculum for Wales.
