Duties
* Assist teachers in delivering educational programmes and activities tailored to individual student needs.
* Communicate effectively with students, helping them to understand instructions and engage with learning materials.
* Provide tutoring and mentoring to students, reinforcing lessons taught in class and aiding in their academic progress.
* Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans and adapt resources for diverse learners.
* Maintain a positive classroom environment, promoting respect, cooperation, and enthusiasm for learning.
* Monitor student progress and behaviour, providing feedback to educators on individual achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
* A passion for educating young people and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
* Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students throughout the school day.
* Relevant qualifications in education or child development would be advantageous but are not essential.
The pay range advertised is based on employment through an umbrella company.
