We are working in partnership with a broad network of secondary schools across Teesside, supporting them with full-time and part-time ECT vacancies. Roles are available for immediate starts as well as September opportunities, making this an excellent time for newly qualified teachers to begin their ECT journey in welcoming and supportive school environments.
We are eager to speak with ECTs who are enthusiastic about teaching, confident in their subject knowledge, and motivated to develop strong classroom practice. Whether you are interested in flexible supply work to gain experience or are seeking a long-term position, we can help find the right fit for you.
Vacancies are available across a wide range of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE and MFL, within both mainstream and specialist settings. We work closely with school leadership teams to ensure placements are well-supported, realistic, and tailored to help ECTs grow in confidence and capability.

To be considered, you must hold (or be on track to receive) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have the right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
