We're looking to fill the position of Account Manager within our Operations department reporting directly to the Head of Account Management. If you come on board, you'll be supporting and enhancing a diverse range of clients, from startups to household names, managing their relationship with TymeOnline from post-delivery, responsible for providing ongoing support to a large and diverse portfolio.

The Role:

* Working within a team of Account Managers, reporting directly to the Head of Account Management
* Account Managers initially pick up the relationship with clients from the Onboarding team. Building strong and commercial long term relationships, continuing to nurture their portfolio.
* As the first point of contact for clients, Account Managers are great problem solvers and fantastic stakeholder managers - considering internal relationships, client requirements and brand reputation in everything they do.
* Where there are new projects to manage with an existing client, they work alongside the Onboarding Project Managers to create the best experience for the client
* Account Managers follow our communication process, to ensure clients receive regular reports and updates and that touch points are regular and up to date
* Account Managers will liaise directly with the Listing Team Manager to ensure that any administration work needed is passed over, and timeframes agreed

The ideal candidate with have the following skills and attributes:

· Experience in Account, Project, or Ecommerce Management

· Preferred experience working with Marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and B&Q Marketplace

· Experience working with Excel, working on reports is essential

· Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and face-to-face as well as the ability to communicate technical problems to non technical people

· Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

· Great attention to detail

· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

· Ability to prioritise own workload

· Self motivation and commercial acumen

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
