This is a key role in delivering excellent supporter experiences, handling a wide range of enquiries, and ensuring that every supporter feels valued and appreciated. As part of a small but dynamic team, you will be the first point of contact for supporters, donors, and members of the public. You’ll provide customer service via phone, email, and post, while also assisting with donation processing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
