What We’re Hiring For:
* Customer Assistants (£12.75 up to £13.65 per hour)
Our recruitment day runs from 10am to 3pm, featuring face-to-face interviews. Don’t forget to bring:
* Your eligibility to work in the UK documentation
* Bank details (account must be in your name)
* National Insurance Card or number
* P45 form from your previous employer
* Dates of pre-booked holidays
* Proof of address (e.g., driving license, council tax bill)
Your Role:
As a Lidl Customer Assistant, every day is different! You’ll be:
* Helping customers with their questions and requests
* Efficiently managing deliveries as they arrive
* Providing excellent customer service with passion
* Keeping our bakery stocked with fresh goods
* Expertly merchandising our Non-Food products
What You’ll Need:
* Experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* Flexibility to start early or finish late
* A positive attitude towards changing priorities
