Internal Applicants Only The Position: Site Production/Manufacturing Manager (Northwich/Bread) Job Purpose Lead the Northwich Production facilities to deliver Quality Products, Safely, and at targeted costs, for labour and wastage. Ensure production teams are capable, and we have 200% capacity on the critical processes. Direct and prioritise Site Engineering to delivery Asset Care Reliability, Safe Operation and Running of the Assets. Ensure the equipment is running at defined performance rates. Planned maintenance is effective planned and executed. Responsible for ensuring legal compliance to our Safety Policy, GMP Regulatory standards and internal standards, delivery of all legislative and H&S requirements Lead cross functional loss deployment teams for Machine Breakdowns, minor stops and speed restrictions to achieve loss reduction What you will bring: Experience in running bread plants, FMCG, other industries Proven track record of achieving results, delivering on plans, and implementing sustainable strategies leading to improved organizational performance Proven proactive leader excellent teamworking and collaboration capability, focussing on the best for business outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to be decisive and influential. Manage and motivate a multi-disciplined team.
