Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,307 - £25,755 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Day Care Support Workers to join our growing team to provide high-quality support and care to individuals attending our Community Hub. This role involves supporting service users with their daily needs, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in a variety of activities to enhance their wellbeing.
What you’ll do
1. Organize and participate in stimulating activities, games, and outings
2. Build positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
3. Support individuals in a way that promotes dignity, choice, and independence
4. Provide personal care and support in accordance with individual care plans
5. Assist with mobility, feeding, and medication as required
6. Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or incidents appropriately
7. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
What we’re looking for
8. Experience in a care or support role (desirable but not essential as full training will be provided)
9. A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Reliable, patient, and flexible approach to work
12. Ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team
