IT Engineer – 1st / 2nd Line Support (Contract) Location: On-site - Marlborough | Duration: 3 Months | Rate: Up to £200/day (Inside IR35) A client undergoing a busy period of upgrades and BAU support is looking for a contract IT Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line support across their internal systems. The Role You'll be providing deskside and remote support, helping users with hardware, software, and basic network issues. Responsibilities include: Resolving incidents across Windows 10/11, Office 365, and mobile devices Imaging and configuring laptops and desktops Managing user accounts and permissions via Active Directory Supporting printers, peripherals, and AV equipment Logging and tracking tickets, escalating where required Key Requirements Proven 1st and 2nd line support experience in a Microsoft environment Solid understanding of Active Directory, O365, and Windows platforms Strong communication skills and a user-focused approach Available to start at short notice Details 3-month contract Inside IR35 Up to £200 per day Fully on-site in Marlborough
