Mechanical Assembler / Mechanical Fitter - £12.50 to £13.00 per hour, 28 days holiday, Pension, On site parking, temporary ongoing position to start ASAP - days role, working 7am to 4pm (1pm on Fri) - Speedwell, Bristol
Our client are a successful and well established manufacturing company - due to a healthy order book they are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join them on a temporary ongoing contract. Working as part of a small team, this role would suit someone who has previous production or mechanical assembly experience - any pipe fitting or electrical assembly knowledge would also be an advantage.
Duties will include:
* Working from engineering drawings and work instructions to carry out sub assembly work
* Using hand tools and power tools
* Assembly parts and drilling onto larger units
* Order picking and some stores work
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role - knowledge of pipe fitting or similar would be ideal.
