This role will focus on growing the German and French markets. There is a significant opportunity for career progression given the company's growth trajectory, quality of products, competitive pricing, and the fact that these markets are less mature than the UK.
About the role
1. Lead a small team of specialists to drive customer revenue through digital marketing and web channels.
2. Manage key metrics such as churn prevention, cost per acquisition, lifetime value, and others.
3. Expand the team as you exceed your objectives.
4. Implement a localisation strategy tailored to each market, adopting best practices from the parent company.

* Are an ecommerce/growth/digital marketing leader with experience selling directly to consumers online in the German and/or French markets.
