We are working with a forward-thinking organisation that is opening two new two-bedroom children's homes in the Chorley area. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in setting up and running both homes under a dual registration model.

? The Role:
Oversee the setup and registration of two new 2-bed children's homes
Ensure the homes meet all safeguarding and regulatory standards
Embed therapeutic approaches into daily care routines
Lead, support, and develop a passionate care team
Manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with all legislation
Participate in the on-call rota
Support with recruitment and ongoing staff training
? Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children’s Residential or equivalent)
Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Solid understanding of safeguarding, children’s legislation, and regulatory compliance
Competent IT and administrative skills
Experience managing or setting up children’s homes
