Financial Controller, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, office based, Bridgwater, £60,000-70,000 (DOE), company pension scheme, contractual sick pay, 25 days annual leave (increasing with length of service).

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a small team, ensuring professional development and best performance.
2. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
3. Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
4. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Handle the year-end audit process.
