Trinity Springs, a Cassia community, is hiring a Bus/ Van Driver to join our team in Oxford, FL. At Trinity Springs you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike. For this position you will undergo a DOT physical and background screening to for monitoring of driver's license.
Position Type
Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule.
Wage Range
$14.50 - $17.00 / hour depending on experience.
Shifts Available
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with potential to drive outside of scheduled hours for residential events.

Bus/Van Driver Responsibilities
* Drive the bus for scheduled resident and employee outings.
* Complete proper documentation, including daily logs and quarterly reports.
* Track and schedule maintenance for the bus.
* Complete daily upkeep for the bus including filling up gas, washer fluid, etc.
* Communicate with different sites regarding time and location of daily trips.
* Follow-through on projects with little supervision.
* Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructions.
* Keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects.
* Perform other duties as requested.
Bus/Van Driver Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
* DOT Physical and background screening required.
* Must be 21 years of age or older due to federal DOT licensing requirements.
* Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
* Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
* Good driving record: no moving violations for the last two years.
* Experience working with persons with memory loss and physical disabilities is desired.
* Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality.
