PGE Landscaping Ltd, a leading commercial landscaping and fencing company, is seeking dynamic and experienced team leaders to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing commercial landscaping and fencing projects to the highest standards. If you are a skilled professional with proven leadership abilities and a passion for transforming outdoor spaces while prioritising safety, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of landscaping and fencing professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Oversee the installation of various landscaping & fencing specifications to a wide range of clients
* Collaborate with clients and PGE’s Contract Manager to plan and organise project timelines, resources, and materials.
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on all projects.
* Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
* Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project requirements.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in commercial landscaping and fencing projects.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of landscaping and fencing techniques, materials, and equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Implement and enforce safe working practices and procedures, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Valid driver's license and ability to operate landscaping equipment.
* Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.

* 3+ years experience in Fencing and/or Landscaping
