The Role
Secondary schools across Solihull are seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to provide day-to-day classroom cover from February 2026. This role involves supervising pre-set work across a variety of subjects, maintaining classroom order, and ensuring a positive learning environment in the absence of the usual teacher.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
7. Hold QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
8. Be confident managing classrooms across KS3 and KS4
9. Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
10. Be reliable, professional, and adaptable
11. Be comfortable delivering general cover across multiple subjects
