We are seeking a tenacious, people-centred Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding SaaS, organisation at an exciting point in our growth. You’ll build trusted, long-term relationships with public and private sector clients, ensure they get measurable value from our products, and drive retention and growth across your portfolio. You will be highly organised, confident and persuasive on the phone, virtually and in person – and prioritise your time to keep accounts healthy and outcomes on track. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our commercial operation—ideal for someone who enjoys building both commercial and people-centred relationships.

iESE Innovation is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to driving innovation in the health & social care sector. Our mission is to deliver solutions that advance and improve the social care landscape, making a meaningful impact on the lives of those commissioning, providing, and receiving care. Our flagship product, CareCubed, is at the forefront of digital care pricing, offering a structured, personcentred approach to the negotiation of costs for specialist care placements. We have an existing customer base of over 100 commissioning authorities and more than 500 care providers.

The Role


You will own a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring they adopt and expand use of our products and consistently achieve outcomes. You’ll run structured account plans focused on retention and long-term contracts, lead reviews and forums, and collaborate closely with teams to resolve issues, surface insights and influence the roadmap.


What we are looking for


A tenacious, selfstarter with a strong drive for results, commercial acumen, and a passion for outstanding customer service. Proven account management experience in B2B (ideally SaaS, digital or consultancy). Knowledge and experience of working with public sector clients is desirable but critical. This is an exciting role for a driven individual to make a real difference both within our organisation and our loyal customer base.


Required Skills and Experience


* Proven account management experience in SaaS businesses.
* Confident and persuasive in all forms of communication.
* Exceptionally organised.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Good communication skills communicating via phone, email and face-to-face (or via Teams).
* Comfortable in fast paced, agile, remote first environments.
* Commercial awareness.
* Technically proficient with MS Office products.
* Knowledge and experience working with public sector clients (desirable).


Responsibilities


* Own a portfolio of accounts with clear account plans, understanding the risk and opportunity of each to prioritise time accordingly.
* Develop strong relationships with key people in each customer account.
* Sustain business growth and profitability by maximising value.
* Meet retention targets.
* Coach customers on best practice.
* Identify opportunities.
* Act as trusted point of contact.
* Work closely with the implementation team to ensure services are delivered effectively and provide immediate value to our customers.
* Evaluate and improve our ongoing customer support offering.
* Support customer events such as user forums and support sessions.
