Position Details
Permanent, Full-time | 40 hours per week, Mon to Fri | Company van provided – private use optional | Tools & Training Provided
Candidate location requirement: must live in postcode areas CM/RM/SS/IG.
What You Will Do
* Learn to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers.
* Visit customers’ homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently.
* Use a mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site.
* Record and manage job details using in‑house engineer software.
* Follow guidance from a mentor while building skills and confidence.
* Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
* Continuously develop technical skills through structured training and on‑the‑job experience.

* Mechanical or electrical mindset – comfortable using hand tools and solving problems.

* Can‑do attitude – driven to learn and succeed.
* Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
