What You'll Be Doing
You'll be providing proactive support via email and phone as they navigate changes to their pension products. You'll be the friendly voice and expert support behind our customer experience-responding professionally to email queries and confidently handling inbound calls to provide swift, helpful solutions
Where You'll Work
Enjoy the best of both worlds-you'll work in a collaborative office space in the Crawley office. You'll start full-time in the office for training (2 weeks), then transition to a hybrid model with just 2 days a week in the office.
Key Details
* Start Date: Wednesday 3rd September 2025
* Day Rate: £160 (via Husp Umbrella only - we'll help you get set up)
* Location: Crawley
* Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:30am-6pm
* Contract: Till 19th December 2025
What We're Looking For
* Previous customer service experience in financial services
* Experience in pensions is a plus
* Experience responding to customer emails in a professional manner
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word
