Your role will be to provide first class customer service while problem solving and dealing with an array of queries and faults being raised by our customer. You will be working on a busy and active service desk, answering phone calls, webchats, and other forms of digital contacts, keeping to agreed SLA's and KPI's. This is a shift based role (12 hours Shifts with a pattern of 3 days 8am to 8pm, 3 days off, 3 nights 8pm to 8am, 3 days off) You will be supporting a key long-term partner as they go through a digital transformation with new and interesting services and technologies being constantly introduced as they continue to modernize and embrace new ways of working. Your experience - Excellent Customer Service Skills. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Experience communicator to allow effective communication with customers and colleagues - Ability to work as part of a team. - High degree of initiative and creativity.
