The bid manager role we are recruiting for is within our Parcels, Post & Commerce Services (PPECS) Division. It reports to the Head of Solutions & Industry Partnerships and works within a team of 3 bid specialists, collaborating with solution and freight consultants to support our sales teams in creating compelling proposals.
About the opportunity
You will provide expert bid management support to the sales teams, developing tailored bids, tenders, and proposals for customers such as government departments, large eCommerce retailers, and online marketplaces.
Operating on about 1-5 opportunities at a time, you will coordinate content creation, ensure accuracy, and meet deadlines, playing a key role in our sales success.

* Write, review, and edit bid materials to ensure clarity and relevance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and align responses with capabilities.
* Coordinate the creation of bid documents, managing timelines effectively.

You have strong reading and writing skills, can understand complex requirements, and work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
