SMART Repairer Required - Portsmouth - Hampshire
1. Basic Salary: £40,000 + Bonus
2. Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00, 1 in 8 Saturdays 08:30 – 13:00
3. 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
4. Franchised Dealership, Large Group
Our client is a well renowned main dealer franchise based in the Portsmouth area. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Smart Repair Technician to play a vital role within their aftersales team. Working from a state of the art centre, you will be working to repair damaged vehicles inline with manufacturer standards. This role would suit somebody with an Accident / Cosmetic repair background.
The Successful Smart Repair Technician will have:
5. Previous experience working from a Main Dealer or Bodyshop in a smart repair role.
6. Accident/Cosmetic Repair Background
7. Level 3 qualification in accident repair or equivalent is desirable.
8. Ability to Work efficiently alone or as part of a team of skilled technicians.
9. A Full UK/Clean Drivers License
Roles and Responsibilities of the Smart Repair Technician:
10. Carrying out a variety of Smart Repair Tasks, such as Stripping, Fitting, Refurbishment and fitting parts.
11. Carrying out variety of areas of repair on any vehicle brought to you. (Respray, Buffing, Alloy Wheel Refurb, Touch Ups, Part Replacement etc.)
12. Work effectively alone or as part of a team of skilled Bodyshop specialists.
13. Adherence to health and safety policies and the correct use of PPE.
