Your role
Responsibilities
* Delivering evidence-based therapy to participants in homes, workplaces, schools, and communities.
* Applying the social model to empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve personal goals.
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and create innovative solutions.
* Building deep relationships with participants and their support networks to create meaningful and sustainable change.
About you
Qualifications
* Current (or pending) SPA Registration and a recently completed degree in Speech Pathology.
* Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
* A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in community settings.
Compensation & benefits
* Salary of $85,960 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading and superannuation).
* Bonus structures: earn up to $3,000 per year for meeting role requirements and up to $10,000 more annually for increased billable time.
