Temporaryplaints Handler (Hybrid) – LeedsWe are currently supporting a well-established client in Leeds who is seeking a Temporaryplaints Handler to join their Debt Recovery team. This hybrid role offers a mix of office and remote working. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and resolve customerplaints in line withpany policies and regulatory guidelines.
2. Investigate issues thoroughly, liaising with internal departments to gather relevant information.
3. Maintain accurate records of allplaints and resolutions.
4. Identify recurring issues and escalate where necessary to improve processes.
Requirements:
5. Previous experience in aplaints handling role within debt recovery or a similar regulated environment is essential.
6. Must have worked in a regulated FCA environment.
7. Strong written and verbalmunication skills.
8. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
9. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
