We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Account Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of creative input, client support, and operational responsibility — ensuring projects run smoothly from concept through to delivery.
The Role
You’ll be supporting our Account Directors to deliver exceptional service to a wide range of high-profile clients. The role combines creativity, organisation, and commercial awareness:
* Responding creatively to client briefs, generating ideas, sourcing products, and preparing professional proposals and presentations.
* Preparing quotes, processing orders, raising POs, and updating our internal systems (Promo Office).
* Managing the end-to-end sales process — from initial enquiry through to artwork approval, supplier liaison, and final delivery.
* Tracking orders, managing timelines, and resolving queries or issues with clients and suppliers.
* Using courier and freight systems to manage shipping, logistics, and returns when required.
* Ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date, so projects are transparent and well-managed at every stage.
Being flexible during seasonal peaks in the industry — while your normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, there may occasionally be a need to work outside standard hours to meet client deadlines. Time off in lieu will be provided where appropriate.
What You’ll Bring
* Solid experience in sales administration, account support, or project coordination (merchandise, print, events, or marketing background advantageous).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy — essential when working with proposals, orders, and client communications.
* Confidence to work independently, using initiative to solve problems and keep projects moving.
* Commercial awareness — ensuring costs are negotiated, projects are delivered within budget, and clients are receiving value.
* Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRMs, online product catalogues, and ideally familiar with platforms such as Promo Office (training provided).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport across clients, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
* A proactive, positive approach — a real team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
