This is a secure, role with good pay and excellent training. 4/3 shift pattern, alternate weekends and you must be flexible for the role
About the role
Extra Care units offer residents their own self-contained living space within a larger building, supported by on-site care staff. As a Care Assistant, you'll help residents live as independently as possible, following tailored care and support plans.
Every client is different. You might help with housework, morning routines, meal prep, companionship, medication, or personal care. Most importantly, you'll offer encouragement, empathy, and a listening ear — especially when life feels tough. It's not always easy, but your support will mean the world to those you care for.
