RoleOverview
WeareseekinganexperiencedProgrammeManagertoleadanddeliveracomplexdigitalservicetransformationprogramme.Therolewillberesponsibleforoverseeingmultipleworkstreams,aligningtechnology,people,andprocesses,andensuringsuccessfulimplementationofcoreoperationalsystemsacrossthebusiness.
Thisisahands-onrolerequiringstrongstakeholdermanagement,deepoperationalunderstandingoffacilitiesservices,andprovenexperiencedeliveringdigitalchangeinaliveoperationalenvironment.

1. Leadtheend-to-enddeliveryofadigitalservicetransformationprogrammeacrossthebusiness
2. Ownprogrammegovernance,planning,milestones,risks,dependencies,andreporting
3. Managemultipleworkstreamsincludingsystems,processredesign,data,andchangemanagement
4. Actasthekeyliaisonbetweenoperationalteams,IT,externalvendors,andseniorleadership
