We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to oversee Elm View Care Home located in Clevedon (BS21 6EU). This is a permanent, full‑time role (40 hours per week). The salary is competitive, with a 30% management bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

About The Role
As the Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, providing outstanding, personalised care to residents. You will manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, manage budgets, take responsibility for operating profit, and ensure regulatory compliance across all relevant areas. You will also play a key role in strengthening the Bupa brand with local authorities and primary care trust commissioners.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification.
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset, capable of making a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector.
* Ability to develop an environment focused on continuous improvement.
* Effective communicator with a confident and influential leadership style.
