Pay Range
Base pay: £28,889 per annum (fixed term, 9‑12 months, 37.5 hr week).
Role
Junior HR Advisor – dedicated to the Dudley office, supporting managers across the business and advising them on employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Review absence management and report on it.
* Analyse HR data, identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Ensure all new legislation, policies and procedures are communicated appropriately.
* Attend employee relations meetings to take notes.
* Take part in various meetings to highlight and address any process improvements.
Requirements
* Previous HR experience.
* Recognised HR qualification (minimum CIPD level 3).
* Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Strong attention to detail.
* May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
