Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Floor Manager with strong leadership and communication abilities to guide their team towards achieving sales and KPI targets while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
* Support the store management team to ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
* Drive store sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and team motivation.
* Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as Sales, Conversion, Units, and more.
* Assist in optimizing financial performance by managing costs, including audit compliance and wages.
* Lead, mentor, and develop store colleagues to enhance performance and engagement.
* Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
* Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
* Support cash management tasks, such as processing transactions and reconciling tills.
* Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
* Offer feedback and coaching to improve colleague performance.
Role Objectives and KPIs
* Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
* Drive KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
* Meet upselling or cross-selling targets.
* Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
* Ensure stock accuracy during store audits.
* Complete mandatory training for new colleagues.
* Maintain employee satisfaction and engagement scores.
* Control operational costs within budget.
Skills and Experience
* Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
* Passion for retail, with a good understanding of current trends and competitors.
* Experience in coaching and developing teams.
* Proven success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
* Attention to detail and commercial awareness; experience in visual merchandising is advantageous.
* Ability to promote JD Group values to stakeholders.
