Position: BIM Coordinator Location: Luton Salary: Up to £50k + Car Allowance + Package The Role Our client is an award-winning main contractor with a turnover of circa £1bn. They operate across a range of sectors including commercial, data centres, distribution, and healthcare projects. They are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in ensuring BIM is successfully implemented across new build projects. Duties & Responsibilities You will be responsible for supporting BIM deliverables across the full lifecycle of construction projects, including work winning, pre-construction, construction, and handover. You will work closely with project teams to ensure systems, processes, and procedures are correctly established to enable effective information management (both graphical and non-graphical) throughout the project.
