Responsibilities
What’s it like to be an Assistant Manager at Screwfix?
* Store standards: alongside the retail Branch Manager, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, from front of house to the warehouse. You will roll up your sleeves to keep standards high.
* Inspire your team: you’ll be hands-on and lead by example, motivating your team to deliver a great customer experience.
* Store management: responsibilities include managing budgets, rotas, payroll, P&L analysis, stock management, and profit improvement.
